We spent Christmas at Court Barn and had a fabulous time. The accommodation was superb and had everything you could possibly need. Set in beautiful surroundings and with some lovely ponies to say hello to, it really was perfect for us. We had some friends over from America staying with us and they loved it. The Christmas tree was the icing on the cake.

We have not only had the most magical wedding weekend but from the first viewing, a year before our wedding, Jess and Ian have made the whole experience so seamless, straightforward and fun. Court Farm is the most stunning home/venue/location, nestled in the countryside but so near to beautiful Frome and Bath. Jess and Ian made us feel so at home and at ease on our wedding weekend, it was amazing to be able to have friends and family to stay in the beautiful rooms so that everyone could share the experience. The prop cupboard is amazing - so unusual and generous to have access to such cool additions to the wedding. Jess kindly recommended some fantastic suppliers but we also had the freedom to choose and bring our own, again a real bonus. Despite a wet and wild Summer, the sun shone on our wedding day, as it has every time we visited Court Farm. Thank you so much for the most magical wedding venue and stay. Court farm Standerwick is an amazing wedding venue. The scenery was incredible and really helped add to what was already an amazing day. The staff there had focussed on every single detail and made sure the bride and groom had everything they needed for their special day. Thank you so much for an incredible day! What a wonderful place! Booked our wedding at Court Farm and was also so lucky to have my hen weekend here in April. Jess couldn't have been more helpful or lovely in the lead up. Beautiful rustic barns and the most luxurious stay. We arrived to a homemade banana loaf! Jess has thought of everything. The kitchens were so well equipped and they had left us wood for the lovely wood fired hot tub. The huge table in the Cottage sat all of us 13 around. We had such a relaxing weekend, thank you so much! Can't wait to come back to stay for our wedding!!

A huge “thank you” to Jess and Ian for providing us (7 adults, 3 children and Reggie, the “pooch”) with such a wonderful venue for our very special family Christmas and welcoming us with open arms! Our few days were so magical: all was truly cosy and bright. Adding to the festive enjoyment was the wood-fired hot tub - what a treat! Jess and Ian both did their utmost to ensure our stay was as pleasurable as they could make it. The Christmas tree was awesome and children were absolutely delighted! Court Farm felt like home and we all loved it.♥️

We have just returned from a truly wonderful weekend at Court Farm celebrating our parents’ 80th birthdays with family. The accommodation is absolutely stunning and so well equipped. Jess and Ian were the perfect hosts. Friendly and helpful but not in any way obtrusive. We had an amazing chef Sean from Demaine Artisan come in on Saturday night to cater for us and we would highly recommend him, the food was outstanding. We celebrated our wedding at court farm June 2023 and it was a glorious location. Jess couldn’t have been more helpful in the months leading up to the big day with prompt and informative replies with helpful tips and recommendations. Logistics wise they are really well set up with water access and generator for suppliers. On the weekend itself we could utilise their ladders etc for setup and we’re a very friendly and calming presence. My family and bridesmaids stayed on site the night before and night of, it was such a welcoming and luxurious experience. The whole accommodation is excellently clean and decorated. We even enjoyed the new wood fired hot tub! Extra special thanks to Jess on the day for sprinting up to the field to distract the ponies so we could get some pictures in the enchanting field of golden flowers without them nibbling my dress. I just had my hen do at this venue and it is AMAZING! The owners are so kind and thoughtful - we arrived to a fresh loaf of banana bread which was a nice touch. Everything here is so nice; the scents of the toiletries (shampoo, hand wash, conditioner), such comfy beds and white bedding, the fairy lights overhanging the outdoor area making it even prettier! The decor in each of the barns also done so tastefully. Every room also has enough robes for everyone and fluffy white towels. The dining areas and kitchen utensils - so well equipped! The outside space is just fantastic with the hot tub, I could talk about it forever! Such nice people. Honestly deserves more than 5* will 100000% go back! Really didn’t want to leave. If I hadn’t already booked my wedding venue, I’d have booked here in a heartbeat <3
