The solicitor was very polite and patiently listened to my enquiry and then explained why the case may have potential and why it may not. The solicitor detailed all the potential avenues I could try before going to the courts and what this would entail. The solicitor went into great detail and explained what my options are. I really appriacted their time and felt like they cared about the case whether it was something they could take on or not.
